Product Introduction
Thermal resistance from the semiconductor ceramic material composition, using the principle of temperature changes caused by resistance. If the concentration of electrons and holes respectively, n, p, migration rates were μn, μp, then the semiconductor conductivity as follows:

The main characteristics of the thermistor: ① high sensitivity and its temperature coefficient of resistance than the metal is 10 ~ 100 times more than can detect temperature changes 10-6 ℃; ② operating temperature range, at room temperature for -55 devices ℃ ~ 315 ℃, high temperature devices are ideal for temperature higher than 315 ℃ (the highest up to 2000 ℃), low-temperature device is applied to -273 ℃ ~ 55 ℃; ③ small size, capable of measuring the other thermometers can not measure the gap cavity and biological the body temperature of the blood vessels; ④ easy to use, the resistance value can be arbitrary choice between 0.1 ~ 100kΩ; ⑤ easily processed into complex shapes, can be mass-produced; ⑥ good stability, strong overload capacity.
